Technical Assistant posts pay between ₹44,900 to ₹1,42,400 per month (Level 7 Pay Matrix).

Technician-B posts pay between ₹21,700 to ₹69,100 per month (Level 3 Pay Matrix).

Additional benefits include Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Transport Allowance (where applicable), Medical facilities, Leave Travel Concession, and Group Insurance as per Central Government norms.
